We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as an Assistant General Manager.

You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaged culture, ensuring Aged Care Standards are embedded within the home, diagnosing and solving business problems, and delivering required sales, occupancy, and financial outcomes.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

They will also be able to recruit, retain, and lead a high-performing team and facilitate the development of their careers.
