Culture Team Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to extend your experience working in a fast-paced and progressive environment.
About the Role
You will manage key programs, coordinate activities within the People & Culture team and report to the Director of People, Culture & Workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare contracts, distribute via DocuSign
- Maintain P&C data records, prepare regular reports
- Administer tasks such as responding to emails, maintaining intranet content, drafting correspondence
- Coordinate Performance, Coaching & Development cycle, ELMO system configuration
- Coordinate Engagement Surveys, Culture Amp platform setup
- Manage Parental Leave Program, Recognition Program nominations and organisation
- Act as Return-to-Work Coordinator for Workers Compensation claims
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in HR with professional affiliations desirable
- Previous experience in a Coordinator or Administrator role
- Passion for People & Culture / HR
- Strong communication skills, confidence building relationships
- A proactive, can-do attitude
