About The Opportunity
As the People & Culture Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role across the full employee lifecycle, supporting HR operations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and wellbeing initiatives with a focus on operational excellence and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding, managing IT setup, compliance, inductions, and contract administration while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Recruitment Support: Support with scheduling interviews, preparing job advertisements, and conducting phone screenings.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage contracts and paperwork, support payroll submissions, and assist with HR programs (performance reviews, surveys, remuneration reviews).
- Systems & Reporting: Administer HR and Learning systems, ensure data accuracy, and generate reports for workforce planning.
- Team Support: Coordinate meetings, support process improvements, and contribute to governance and compliance.
You're an enthusiastic People and Culture Coordinator eager to take the next step in your career. You thrive in dynamic environments, excel at managing competing priorities, and are committed to delivering high-quality support that enhances the employee experience.
- 2+ years' experience in People & Culture or a similar HR/administrative role
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to build reports, use formulas, and create pivot tables
- Confident using HRIS platforms and managing system data with accuracy
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, employment documentation, and compliance requirements
- Excellent written communication skills
- Familiarity with AI tools like CoPilot and ChatGPT to streamline tasks and support productivity
