Together, you will help shape a culture that is bold, inclusive and always evolving.
The opportunity
We are looking for a People and Culture Coordinator to join our national team in either Melbourne or Sydney.
This is a hands on, fast paced role that sits at the heart of our People and Culture operations and Learning and Development initiatives.
You will report jointly to the People and Operations Manager and the Learning and Development Consultant, and work closely with your fellow Coordinator to deliver a consistent, high quality experience to our people.
From onboarding and compliance to learning academies and CPD frameworks, you will help ensure our people feel supported, informed and inspired.
What you will be doing
People and Culture Operations
Manage the central People and Culture inbox, responding to policy, procedural and general people related queries
Maintain HR systems including IntelliHR, Go1, JobAdder and Docusign, ensuring employee data is accurate and up to date
Coordinate the entire onboarding and offboarding processes, including scheduling inductions, preparing documentation and updating systems
Track and support key employee milestones such as probations, promotions, anniversaries and leave arrangements
Maintain compliance processes including VEVO checks, practising certificate renewals and legal award documentation
Generate employment contracts and letters related to remuneration, status changes and other employment conditions
Prepare reports and assist with internal file audits to ensure records are complete and compliant
Update and maintain People and Culture intranet content and internal distribution lists
Support the bi-annual promotion and contribution review processes
Manage national initiatives such as flu vaccinations and employee recognition programmes
Provide general administrative support to the wider People and Culture team, including diary management, travel bookings, expenses and invoice processing
Contribute to broader People and Culture projects and initiatives as needed
Learning and Development
Coordinate logistics for firmwide learning initiatives, including Learning Academies and the Four E's development model (Education, Experience, Exposure, Evaluation)
Assist in delivering the annual learning calendar and CPD framework across all levels
Manage the organisation of internal and external training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, participant communications and follow-up
Maintain Learning and Development records and reporting for CPD compliance and internal audits
Draft engaging learning invitations and communications that encourage strong participation
Maintain and update content libraries and systems for learning materials
Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and take ownership of small-scale Learning and Development projects
What you will bring
2+ years' experience in HR or Learning and Development coordination, ideally in professional services
Experience in onboarding and offboarding activities, producing correspondence and contract documentation
Degree or tertiary studies in HR or equivalent
Sharp attention to detail and pride in accuracy
Confidence juggling bookings, deadlines and shifting priorities
A proactive mindset and willingness to pitch in
Strong writing skills for internal communications
Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment
Curiosity and a passion for learning
Interest in HR, education or organisational psychology
Familiarity with the Legal Services Award and Australian employment legislation (or willingness to learn)
