Medical Services Team Manager

This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality patient care in our medical practice.

You will be responsible for managing services within the treatment room, performing clinical duties such as health assessments and immunisations, and working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the provision of services within the treatment room
  • Perform clinical duties including pathology collection, vaccinations, ECG monitoring, wound dressings, linen changes, and equipment sterilisation
  • Build relationships with patients to ensure comfort prior to procedures
  • Assist with patient triage and procedures
  • Support staff rostering, recruitment, and performance management
  • Liaise with staff to ensure standard operating procedures are followed
About You:
  • Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Acute care; leadership experience is preferred but not essential
  • Passionate about healthcare and community wellbeing
  • Capable of working independently and making decisions
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients and team members

Unrestricted Australian work rights and vaccination documentation are required.
