Join us to lead a clinical team in a dynamic healthcare environment.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Team Lead to oversee the provision of services within our treatment room.

  • As a Clinical Team Lead, you will manage the delivery of high-quality patient care and assist healthcare professionals with various clinical duties.
  • You will be responsible for conducting a range of tasks including health assessments, immunisations, and monitoring ECGs.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to build relationships with patients and colleagues alike.
  • You will also provide guidance and support to junior staff members and contribute to the development of the medical centre's operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the provision of services within the treatment room.
  • Conduct a range of clinical duties under the direction of treating HCPs.
  • Build relationships to create patient ease prior to procedures or treatments.
  • Triage patients and assist HCPs in procedures.
  • Assist with rostering, recruitment, and managing treatment room staff performance.
  • Liaise with employees to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are known and followed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with prior experience in General Practice or an Acute setting.
  • Previous experience leading a successful team is highly regarded, though we will support you with further development if required.
  • Passionate about healthcare and improving the lives of those in our community.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with patients and colleagues.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights and ability to supply evidence of vaccination history and immunity.
