Job Title

The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in shaping the company's social media presence by developing differentiated content strategies for each platform, driving follower growth, and boosting engagement. This includes managing community interactions, copywriting across our social media channels, and delivering insightful performance reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage content strategies and posting schedules to drive business outcomes and align with customer journeys.
  • Oversee content creation by working closely with internal teams and creative partners to deliver engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Understand audience segments, manage community interactions, and ensure timely, brand-aligned responses across platforms.
  • Partner with data analysts to define key metrics, track performance, and deliver regular reports on ROI and engagement to stakeholders.
  • Work with marketing and digital teams to align social strategy with campaign goals and market share growth opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar that supports campaigns, ensures brand consistency, and reflects timely, relevant messaging.
  • Build strong relationships across the wider team to ensure alignment, share insights, and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience in creative brief writing, project management, and delivery.
  • Sound understanding of social media channels and advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering engaging content underpinned by creativity and strong business acumen.
  • Experience in content creation via digital tools is highly regarded.
