
Online Sales Specialist

The role of Marketing & Ecommerce Coordinator involves overseeing the online presence and sales performance of a brand.
We are seeking a proactive, passionate professional with strong communication skills to join our team at Head Office. To be successful in this position, you will need to be able to work autonomously within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products are accurately listed with optimised descriptions, imagery, and pricing on various platforms, while maintaining strong SEO and merchandising strategies.
- Track and analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights for optimisation.
- Manage product listings on third-party platforms ensuring brand consistency, high rankings, and optimised conversions.
- Execute on-site promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches, collaborating with internal teams to maximise engagement.
- Implement A/B testing on website content, promotions, and product positioning to enhance user experience and boost sales.
- Oversee product photography and ensure images align with brand and platform guidelines.
- Work with planning and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment and availability of key products.
- Support eCommerce trading strategies, ensuring effective site performance and cross-functional collaboration to drive online sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills and a very high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software packages for the position.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
