The Risk and Compliance function is responsible for enabling the Group to manage risks associated with their respective areas of focus, in line with the Group's risk appetite. In supporting this goal, the R&C function will enable business success by instilling a culture of risk management as a fundamental aspect of how we support our customers and ensure compliance with our obligations.
About this role
As Transformation Operational Risk Manager and reporting to Senior Risk Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for key functions in implementing and managing risk and compliance frameworks across the Divisions of the Bank for Lending Transformation and other key change transformation activities impacting the Divisions. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity.
