Location: Melbourne, Australia
About the Job:This mid-senior level position is for a Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to work in Melbourne.
- Create systems that meet business and technical needs on the CRM platform.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, define functional specifications, and consult on operational uses of the CRM platform.
- Responsible for delivering software enhancements, minor projects, defect resolutions, and integration of features in Dynamics 365.
- Identify design issues and find effective solutions across technologies.
- Take a user-centered approach and rapidly iterate.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 industry and product.
- Familiarity with OO (Object Oriented) programming principles.
- Excellent understanding of SOA based architecture REST/SOAP.
- Good knowledge of SSRS and CRM Reports.
- Understanding of integrations with Dynamics CRM.
- Azure tools and technologies expertise.
- Prominent experience in power automate, canvas app/Model driven apps.
We are looking for an expert communicator who can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
You will lead a team of developers to deliver the solution, so we need someone who has working knowledge leading offshore teams from onshore.
