    We're hiring a Senior CRM Developer to join a leading sports organisation in Melbourne. In this permanent role, you'll play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
    You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions aligned with strategic business goals. If you're passionate about tech, love solving problems, and enjoy working in a supportive and active workplace, we want to hear from you

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
    • Implement plugins, workflows, web resources, and JavaScript customisations
    • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
    • Conduct unit testing and support UAT
    • Troubleshoot CRM issues and performance
    • Provide end-user training and support
    • Stay updated with platform enhancements and best practices
    About You:
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
    • Strong skills in plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and web resources
    • Understanding of CRM integrations, architecture & security models
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
    • Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent industry experience
    • Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check
