Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment, delivering exceptional customer service and maximising profitability and efficiency through effective operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritise tasks and coordinate the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures
  • Stock flow including inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries
  • Ensure all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements with particular emphasis on safe product handling use of equipment and machinery and incident reporting

Requirements:

  • An individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
  • You have experience in stock flow management and process improvement
  • Strong multi-tasking skills coupled with your keen eye for detail
  • Understanding of inventory management processes and procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid customer service skills that create raving reviews
