This is a senior role within the Commercial team, responsible for driving operational excellence across the Retail network. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering operational excellence and optimizing processes across all channels.
The role serves as the primary liaison between Office and Boutiques, ensuring efficient and effective daily operations. This includes coordinating monthly management meetings for each boutique, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
In addition, the Retail Operations Specialist will coordinate and facilitate monthly Backstage meetings for all Boutique Office Executives and Stock Executives, fostering engagement through learning initiatives and sharing best practices.
The role also champions Continuous Improvement initiatives at both the corporate office and boutique levels, administering solutions and overseeing their implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree in Business Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High proficiency in project management methodologies and the Microsoft Office suite; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Comprehensive understanding of the luxury retail environment.
- Ability to travel regularly within Australia and New Zealand.
- Analytical, results-driven, and action-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
