Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Support Specialist to join our team at Lockheed Martin Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that ensure high-quality learning experiences and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and continually improve Sustainment training products and related documentation
  • Establish and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) products, including training schedules, course training, and compliance training
  • Review and maintain Sustainment training documentation
  • Evaluate vendor products and coordinate with external training providers for essential and desirable training events
About the Role
  • Experience with Sharepoint and significant practical experience with the ADDIE learning development model
  • Excellent knowledge of LMS and LCMS, as well as experience with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • Substantial experience with e-learning platforms and a strong understanding of military training environments
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship and AGSVAR security clearance at the required level
  • International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance
