Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and continually improve sustainment training products and related documentation
- Establish and maintain learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) products
- Oversee training schedules for all levels of training requirements
- Evaluate vendor products and coordinate with external training providers for essential and desirable training events
About You:
- Experience with Sharepoint and significant practical experience with the ADDIE learning development model
- Excellent knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS)
- Significant experience with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
