We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team in Geelong.
This is a part-time opportunity, working 2 days per week in an office-based role. You will work closely with our team of legal assistants and lawyers on various leasing matters, including retail, commercial, and industrial leases.
Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting lease documents, conducting legal research, and assisting with general administrative duties related to leasing matters.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Strong knowledge of leasing law and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
