Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity

This is a rewarding role for an experienced pharmacist looking to develop their clinical skills in a hospital setting. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical pharmacy services, support patient care, and contribute to quality use of medicine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients.
  • Conduct comprehensive pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitor medication outcomes, and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to provide expert advice on patient care.
Requirements:
  • General registration with AHPRA, unrestricted practice.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community pharmacy or 1 year in hospital pharmacy.
  • Australian permanent residency.
  • Personal indemnity insurance.
