Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and experience through great service, excellent product knowledge, and seamless point of sale transactions
  • Utilise available tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share knowledge with customers
  • Contribute to smooth store operations through effective management of stock and loss prevention
  • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand standards
  • Live and role-model Country Road Group values, collaborating with the store team to deliver results
