Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrician to join our team at the Olive Downs Complex, delivering excellence in mining while maintaining a strong focus on safety and environmental standards.

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining a fleet of AC Electric Drive Haul Trucks (Autonomous) and other plant equipment and site infrastructure safely and efficiently as directed in accordance with our maintenance systems documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a safe working environment by complying with the Site Safety Health and Management System.
  • Completing General Maintenance, Breakdowns, Services and Component Change outs.
  • Performing Periodical Statutory Electrical Testing/Inspections.
  • Source technical information from relevant available reference manuals, technical bulletins, OEM and computer-based systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Queensland Electrical Work Licence or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a similar role in heavy industry or construction.
  • A current LVR/CPR certificate.
  • A valid Driver's Licence.
  • A current Standard 11 qualification.
