Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled High Voltage Technician to join our team at Olive Downs Complex, delivering excellence in mining with a strong focus on safety and environmental standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain a fleet of AC Electric Drive Haul Trucks (Autonomous) and other plant equipment and site infrastructure safely and efficiently according to maintenance systems documentation.
  • Work safely and adhere to the Site Safety Health and Management System.
  • Complete General Maintenance, Breakdowns, Services and Component Change outs.
  • Perform periodic statutory electrical testing/inspections.
  • Source technical information from reference manuals, technical bulletins, OEM, and computer-based systems.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards at all times.
  • Conduct required inspections to maximize equipment utilization.
About You

To be successful, you will possess:

  • A Queensland Electrical Work Licence or equivalent qualification.
  • HV Switching certification is desirable.
  • Proven experience in a similar role in heavy industry or construction.
  • A current LVR/CPR certification.
  • A valid Driver's Licence.
  • A current Standard 11 certification.
