Restaurant Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Restaurant Team Leader. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • Ensuring that all team members represent our brand in a positive manner
  • Optimising guest satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective communication
  • Training and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
  • Ensuring that all operating procedures are followed, including opening and closing duties
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high-volume operations
  • Experience in engaging, leading, and motivating a large team is highly desirable
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Ability to work a flexible rotating roster, including nights and weekends
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
