As a key member of the restaurant management team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Job Description

Responsible for providing leadership and support to ensure seamless service delivery and high guest satisfaction. This includes:

  • Working collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Leading by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest feels valued.
  • Coaching and developing team members to improve their skills and performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with menu planning, inventory management, and other operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, using data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Present the restaurant's vision and values to guests, staff, and stakeholders, promoting a positive brand image.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
  • The ability to work a range of shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
