
Senior Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated individual to join our team as a key business development and account management professional. This role is critical in growing sales and maintaining relationships between builders, supervisors, and stakeholders within the Canberra region.
The position involves providing exceptional support to new clients and expanding business relationships. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales, implementing business development initiatives, and developing strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts.
- Identifying and engaging new clients through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Implementing new business development initiatives to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Developing and maintaining industry network relationships to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Managing product order processes for clients with exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
This role requires a highly developed understanding of the building industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent time management and reporting skills, and a genuine drive and motivation for sales.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record in building and managing client relationships, attracting and growing new business, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
