Infrastructure Project Lead

A highly skilled professional with expertise in highway design and infrastructure projects is required to deliver high-quality designs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering technical excellence, ensuring quality and compliance, collaborating across disciplines, driving project and team success, and championing innovation and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Technical Excellence: Provide civil engineering advice and apply advanced technical skills to produce high-quality designs for infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Perform detailed analysis and design tasks in alignment with relevant technical standards, client requirements, and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate Across Disciplines: Engage proactively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and multidisciplinary contributors to ensure coordinated, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Drive Project and Team Success: Contribute to the commercial and operational success of projects by applying sound project management principles, meeting deliverables, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Champion Innovation and Safety: Assist in the development and integration of digital engineering practices, supporting sustainable design solutions and improved health and safety outcomes across infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in highways and infrastructure projects. They should also have a strong knowledge of local design standards and industry-standard road design software.
