Senior Paid Search Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Expert to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a Paid Search Expert, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of our clients' search engine marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the strategic direction, planning, and implementation of search engine marketing campaigns
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive performance outcomes for clients
- Manage and oversee the development of team members, including day-to-day oversight of their work
- Collaborate closely with the broader digital team, account managers, and operations leads to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Present and articulate approach, ideas, and developments to client stakeholders and the wider team
- Ensure budgets are spent according to plan and delivery is to target
- Reporting at a monthly and quarterly basis, making sure details are clear and accurate
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience with end-to-end paid search/SEM expertise
- Strong understanding and experience with Google Ads and SA360
- Experience managing team members and effective leadership skills
- Proven track record of driving performance outcomes for clients through comprehensive strategies and innovative approaches
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong client servicing and account management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
