About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to join our team at Online Marketing Gurus. As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Paid Search team and driving the development of our social media product offering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Organize and manage the workload of the Paid Search team members, ensuring high-quality work is delivered.
  • Search Analytics: Monitor and analyze search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, Ad-Roll, and Bing Ads.
  • Social Media Product Offering: Shape and develop our social media product offering in the ever-changing social media landscape.
  • Revenue Results: Deliver a revenue-driven approach as a team, focusing on maximizing ROI from all social media channels.
  • Team Development: Hire, train, and develop a growing team of Social Media Consultants to support our expanding client base.
  • Client Work: Stay hands-on with high-value client work, ensuring exceptional results and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in Paid Search Media, Social Media, or similar roles.
  • Team Management: Proven experience managing large teams of 10+ members.
  • Agency Experience: Agency experience preferred, but not required.
  • Social Media Ads: Experience with social media ads, including Google, Facebook, Bing, and other platforms.
  • Certifications: Facebook, Google, Hubspot, and SEO certifications are highly desirable.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Hands-on Approach: Comfortable with hands-on work, driving both strategy and day-to-day execution.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Excited about working in an ever-changing and evolving industry.
