Reliability & Maintenance Planning Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our site reliability efforts, ensuring optimal equipment maintenance and developing proactive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.

This key role will report directly to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for providing leadership and management of site reliability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing preventative maintenance strategies
  • Conducting root cause analysis and asset optimization
  • Leading and managing engineers, planners, and maintenance staff

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our business by driving improvements in daily processes and contributing to larger-scale changes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance planning and operating within a Food or FMCG environment
  • A trade/tertiary qualification and/or relevant engineering/mechanical or electrical qualification
  • Sound working knowledge of developing preventative maintenance strategies
