Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to lead our site's maintenance operations.

In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operations, championing proactive maintenance approaches, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Drive the shift from reactive to proactive maintenance, focusing on predictive and prescriptive approaches.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to improve capability utilization and overall performance.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of maintenance strategies.
  • Support the implementation of capital projects as required.
  • Drive root cause analysis of downtime and embed effective solutions.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer responsiveness.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-focused skills.
  • Well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and embody company values.
  • Intimate knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and relevant regulations.
  • SAP and FIIX experience is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting principles.
  • Minimum trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
