Proactive Services Team Lead Job Overview

The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a love of retail, a passion for people, and an ambitious mindset. As a Team Leader in our Proactive Services team, you will lead and develop a team to ensure all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a roster for your team to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered
  • Work with Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity, and upcoming priorities
  • Develop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfaction
  • Complete time and attendance activities for your team members, such as tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company policy
  • Order consumables, such as cleaning supplies, and maintain these within a budget
  • Participate in the Proactive Services team, providing cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management services

About You

We're looking for someone with flexibility to work in different environments, a good eye for cleanliness, physical fitness, and the ability to work with regulated frameworks.

A valid full Australian driver's license is essential for this role, as you may collect trolleys using our vehicles.
