We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our high-performing team in Bankstown, driving sales, promoting a collaborative culture, and maintaining the highest standards in our showroom.

About the Role:

  1. Maximise sales opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to offer solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
  3. Lead a team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, providing coaching and training to ensure success.
  4. Follow up on customer inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships.
  5. Ensure excellent aftercare service, providing a seamless customer experience.

About You:

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in selling high-value items.
  • Be self-motivated, competitive, and ambitious, with exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
  • Have experience managing a retail sales team and increasing sales performance.
  • Be available to work weekends, our busiest days.
  • Present yourself impeccably, suitable for a high-end showroom environment.
