We currently have the following opportunity:

">Records and Information Assistant (Fixed Term)- PKC12971
Location: 2 High Street, Perth

The Records and Information Assistant will support the Records and Information Officer in overseeing records management activities.

  • You will work closely with the Records and Information Officer overseeing the lifecycle of records and ensuring these are kept accurately and in line with the Council's Records retention schedule.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting day-to-day management of records management activities.
  • Assisting with records digitalisation.
  • Assisting the Records and Information Officer with creation and management of EDMS requests.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure compliance with records management best practices.
Requirements">
  • The ideal candidate should be able to work in records storage environments.
  • Be computer literate with proven IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Have experience managing personal or confidential information.
  • Possess knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and/or other electronic document management systems (EDMS).
