Job Title: Compliance Project Coordinator

Job Description

Binance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide operational support for compliance and legal projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing operational support for compliance and legal projects, including document preparation, deadline tracking, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assisting in preparing project materials such as kick-off decks, status updates, and meeting minutes to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supporting the deployment of compliance vendor solutions by coordinating logistics, scheduling meetings, and monitoring progress.
  • Assisting with business analysis, process mapping, and workflow improvements under supervision.
  • Conducting research on AML/CFT and other compliance-related topics as needed.
  • Drafting basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
  • Maintaining compliance systems like Relativity by organizing data, running basic queries, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Acting as a liaison between teams to facilitate timely follow-ups and clear communication.
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry to support the compliance and legal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in compliance, legal support, project coordination, or paralegal roles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills; proactive and able to follow through on tasks independently.
  • Efficient, responsible, and hardworking; willing to support urgent tasks when needed.
