Administrative Compliance Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulations and laws related to transportation and logistics.
Your Responsibilities:
- Compile and manage paperwork for new staff, sub-contractors, and customers.
- Ensure that site licenses, registrations, databases, and accreditations are up-to-date.
- Process driver documentation, including pre-starts, job cards, and work diaries.
- Update internal policies and procedures in line with legislative changes.
- Assist in training of new and existing staff on policies and procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, data-entry, and document editing.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to learn and adapt quickly. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving.
