Administrative Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulations and laws related to transportation and logistics.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Compile and manage paperwork for new staff, sub-contractors, and customers.
  • Ensure that site licenses, registrations, databases, and accreditations are up-to-date.
  • Process driver documentation, including pre-starts, job cards, and work diaries.
  • Update internal policies and procedures in line with legislative changes.
  • Assist in training of new and existing staff on policies and procedures.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, data-entry, and document editing.
