Job Opportunity: We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in payroll compliance and drive effective remediation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Legal teams to clarify and action compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure milestones are met
  • Engage with IT professionals to translate IR needs into technical solutions

This trusted advisor will design comprehensive testing regimes and robust review processes to ensure the payroll platform meets current obligations and remains resilient to future regulatory changes.

We seek a candidate with considerable experience in industrial/employee relations, including specialist expertise in employment law. A strong understanding of union priorities and practices is essential, as well as hands-on payroll experience and a proven track record of implementing compliance measures in large organisations.

A tertiary qualification in Employee/Industrial Relations/Human Resources/Law or related discipline is required. This fixed-term contract offers a project-based opportunity within a high-impact environment, where you will be a key partner in delivering a next-generation payroll system.
