Learning Leader, Training Excellence

As a strategic and innovative Learning Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of training best practices and standards.
This role requires strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, prioritisation, and data analysis capabilities. The ideal candidate will lead a team strategically assess, track, and facilitate training related programs for new and current entry level employees.
The Learning Manager will also develop our training strategy for critical roles, drive adherence to standard learning solutions, and work strategically with WW teams to identify innovative learning solutions to localise training programs.
In addition, the candidate will analyse and solve business problems with a focus on understanding root causes with an operational excellence and lean mindset, contribute to reporting on training activities, and analyse data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
