Job Title: Customer Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Partnerships Specialist to join our team in Campbelltown on a full-time temp basis. This role involves working from a person-centred framework to build relationships with customers, identify opportunities for customers to meet their goals, and engage with the local community.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading disability services provider in NSW and the ACT, supporting people with disabilities and their families and carers. As a Customer Partnerships Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers through regular communication and active listening.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for account management, customer management, or equivalent health or disability services experience.
  • Knowledge of the Person-Centred Practice Framework and National Disability Services Standards.
  • Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Confidence with tools such as Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
