We are seeking an exceptional Logistics Manager to join our team.

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire logistics process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. This involves managing inbound and outbound logistics arrangements with designated carriers and regional/global logistics teams to ensure high-quality shipment services.

This role also requires strategic planning to optimize logistics costs, working closely with ELC inventory management team and 3PL teams to prioritize urgent shipments. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing KPIs related to outbound deliveries with both offline and online service providers in close cooperation with 3PL Relationship Manager.

An essential aspect of this role is coordination with other members of the supply chain, including suppliers, vendors, shipping companies, and 3PL warehouse managers to ensure all shipments are delivered in full and on time. This includes a curious mindset to question existing processes and link them to logistics-related cost impact elements.

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in logistics, projects, and process excellence. The ideal candidate should be proficient in software applications (SAP R/3, MS Office, Manhattan desirable) and have at least 5 years of experience in a complex warehouse inventory management role.
