Warehouse Operations Director

The successful candidate will oversee a team of 15 staff (soon to grow to 25-30) and be responsible for supervising the company's warehouse operations.
About the Role- Supervise stock flow from Inwards through to Despatch.
- Manage Receipting, Order Processing and Despatch procedures.
- Recruit and train staff, and manage the general operation of the warehouse.
- Managing and motivating the warehouse team.
- Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Efficient and cost-effective Despatch of orders.
- Ensuring timely and accurate supply of customer orders.
- Inventory management.
- Compliance with safety procedures.
- Data reporting, staff reporting, and record keeping.
- Recruitment and training of staff.
- Performance reviews.
- 4+ years experience in warehouse management or supervision.
- Experience managing over 20 staff.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to compile data reports.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
- Reliable and friendly, team player.
