At a global organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Warehouse Leader to assume responsibility for warehouse inventory operations in Sydney.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Warehouse Leader to lead and optimize warehouse inventory operations by ensuring accurate stock management, efficient workflows, and timely distribution.

The scope of the role includes:

  • Managing and overseeing full inventory operations.
  • Performing and supervising cycle counts and stock takes.
  • Reporting and managing using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Ensuring weekly pallet counts are completed accurately.
  • Supervising all warehouse activities and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
  • Adhering to daily receivals processes.
  • Conducting inductions and training for Warehouse team members.
  • Inspecting and overseeing daily and weekly forklift checks.
  • Rostering and supervising the forklift team.
  • Maintaining compliance with health and safety practices.
