This is a strategic commercial leadership role responsible for building and executing national go-to-market strategies for biological and biosynthetic agricultural inputs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute national go-to-market strategy for biotechnology products
- Lead supplier relationships and channel integration into Australian markets
- Educate and influence resellers, growers, and stakeholders on commercial ag practices
- Drive revenue growth across horticulture, livestock, cotton, and environmental sectors through market development
- Represent the business at industry forums and events to build relationships and partnerships
- Build commercial structures to support future team expansion and company growth
- Manage CRM systems to track performance and pipeline progress
You will have a strong existing network across agricultural chemical and retail industries, proven success in commercial agricultural roles with national scope, experience leading supplier and corporate relationships, confidence in delivering technical education and market engagement, ability to travel nationally and manage your own schedule.
