We are seeking a skilled Culinary Project Specialist to join our Business Transformation team.

This role involves ensuring compliance with project catering requirements and liaising with site teams for the implementation and training of MyFood systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project training materials
  • Record and document assigned sites using provided tools on a daily basis
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and keep project teams updated on progress milestones
  • Interface with internal and external customers as required for professional completion of project activities
Requirements
  • A culinary chef background is essential for success in this role
  • Ability to work autonomously and flexibly with regular site travel required
  • Extensive training experience introducing new methods and effectively bringing people along the journey
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships throughout large organisations
  • Required qualifications include a Driver's License, Cert 4 in Training and Assessing, and Chef Qualifications

This role requires consistent travel throughout urban and remote sectors, ideally based out of Perth. Passion for exceptional customer service, genuine commitment to safety, and strong people management skills are essential for success in this role.
