Senior Project Manager Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee high-end luxury apartment projects from inception to completion.

Leading a close-knit team of experienced professionals, the project manager will be responsible for managing a luxury apartment development at Main Beach, Gold Coast.

The project consists of 4 basement levels and 23 levels above ground with units selling for circa $10m each.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking responsibility of projects from start to finish
  • Developing a culture that drives success as a leader of a large team (10+ people)
  • Ensuring safety is paramount and running a well-programmed, highly organised and motivated team
  • Collaborating closely with MSP, JobPac and Procore (or similar)
Essential Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience working as a Project Manager in a Tier 1/Tier 2 environment running projects valued at $50m +
  • Highly developed emotional intelligence and commercial acumen as a humble team player
  • Experience working on high-end finishes on luxury apartments from foundation to final details
