Luxury Complex Onsite Property Manager

This is a rare opportunity to take on the role of onsite property manager for a luxury complex, offering an attractive lifestyle package and a beautiful three-bedroom apartment.
The Ideal Candidate- A minimum of two years of experience in live onsite property management is essential.
- An impressive track record of delivering exceptional customer service is required.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the full portfolio of permanent rentals within the complex, as well as maintaining the general upkeep for 220 apartments. This role requires someone with extensive knowledge of end-to-end property management, who can work autonomously and make sound decisions.
Key Qualifications:- Meticulous attention to detail and focus on results.
- The ability to work independently, taking initiative with a positive attitude.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
- A Real Estate Certificate of Registration and experience with trust accounting are highly desirable.
