Project Leadership Opportunity

Clear opportunities exist to lead a team in the construction of luxury high-rise towers.

This Project Manager role oversees a luxury apartment building at Main Beach, Gold Coast. The successful candidate will work closely with a commercial support team and have access to resources including a Senior CA, Project Engineer, Cadet, Design Management, Site Manager, Site Supervisors, and full-time HSE Advisor.

Project Scope

The project involves 4 basement levels, 23 levels above ground.

Design is forecast for November 2025, with building commencing in the new year.

About You

You will be a skilled Project Manager with experience leading large teams (10+ people) and developing a culture that drives success. Your leadership traits will bring out the best in your team members and subcontractors.

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a Tier 1/Tier 2 environment managing projects valued at over $50m is required.

Safety will be your top priority, and you will run a well-organised, highly motivated team that meets safety, quality, and program targets.

Key Requirements
  • Experience working on high-level finishes in luxury apartments from basement dig to final details.
  • Leading a close-knit team with a strong focus on safety, quality, and programme targets.
  • Familiarity with MSP, JobPac, and Procore (or similar software).
