Process Re-Engineering Specialist

Your new responsibilityYou will report to a senior manager and lead the execution of key process re-engineering initiatives. Your focus will be on global adoption and embedding of key frameworks, capabilities, standards, and guidelines across enterprise services.
This is an enablement and change role that involves working across complex tasks in support of multiple projects. You will need to demonstrate proven experience in complex, large-scale enterprise delivery and a deep understanding of technology concepts.
- Provide leadership across multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise platform strategies
- Champion continuous improvement, automation, and agile delivery practices
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery of outcomes
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of process re-engineering initiatives across enterprise services
- Support change management and communication strategies to drive adoption of new capabilities
- Monitor and report on delivery performance, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders
- Provide oversight and monitoring (governance) to ensure adherence to frameworks and the associated risk and controls landscape
- Proven project management experience
- Experience with test automation
- Experience working in a product capability
- Experience building resilience across matrix teams
- Understanding of information security practices
- Strong Microsoft (MSP) and Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence) and PowerBI skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Advanced experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing commercial decisions
- Experience in a fast-growing technology or finance function or company
- Tertiary qualification in technology, finance or human resources
