About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Part-Time Rostering Coordinator to join our dynamic team at one of Securecorp's major sites in the Melbourne CBD. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth management of our security personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative tasks, including database management and compliance management
- Collaborate with managers to ensure seamless operations
- Coordinate and manage the rostering of a large team of security personnel
- Maintain and adjust rosters according to operational needs
- Prepare briefing notes and account actuals
- Previous experience in rostering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A security license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and the capacity to work under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment or autonomously
Part-Time Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
