About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. As an experienced payroll professional, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective customer service to Aurizon's employees via various communication channels
  • Accurately process timesheets, employee reimbursements, travelling allowances, and study assistance claims using SAP
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with governance procedures and controls
  • Provide informed advice on employee entitlements and participate in ongoing process reviews
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing using SAP
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
