Job Opportunity

The Global People Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's global people policies, supporting governance activities, and managing financial planning across the function.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical thinker with a strong foundation in finance, policy, governance, or people advisory to join our team and thrive in a detail-heavy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end policy reviews across the People function, including high-impact documents such as the Code of Conduct.
  • Own the Global Consequence Management Policy life-cycle, from data-driven reporting to committee engagement and external transparency.
  • Oversee financial planning and reforecasting for Group Head Office (GHO) and global Transformation budgets—managing vendor spend and headcount with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners to track and deliver insightful reporting on Group People budgets and benefits across the global function.
  • Play a key role in governance by preparing executive and Board papers and supporting across key governance frameworks.
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills and a strong ability to interpret and manage data-heavy reports.
  • Proven capability in policy development and review, particularly within people advisory or governance contexts.
  • Comfortable working with financial systems and processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across governance and planning.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across HR, finance, and governance teams.
