About this role

We are seeking an Employment Lawyer to provide high-quality employment and equality law advice and casework.

This involves ensuring wrap-around services, including community engagement, to women workers, including migrant and refugee women, young women, and women experiencing family violence.

The role requires regular travel to our Wallan office to service regional clients.

As an experienced Employment Lawyer, you will have a proven track record in employment law, with a focus on sexual harassment and discrimination.

You will be part of our employment law team and work closely with other NCLC lawyers and community development workers.

About you

To succeed in this role, you must have been admitted to practice for at least two years and have demonstrated practice experience in employment law.
