Our organization seeks a skilled Financial Accountant to provide financial services and support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare month-end financial results in collaboration with the Commercial Manager.
- Manage daily banking and reconciliation activities efficiently.
- Process SAP debtor invoicing and management tasks effectively.
- Handle vendor invoice management with attention to detail.
- Deliver high-quality financial reporting on time.
- Oversee property leases and assets, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Facilitate travel arrangements for the team.
- Analyze commercial agreements to inform business decisions.
- Support ad hoc projects and analysis as needed.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, or significant experience in this field will be considered.
- Proficiency in SAP, Meditech, and Microsoft Office software applications is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounting operations, including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, and General Ledger.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and daily activities.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to manage expectations and escalate issues when necessary.
